A recurring application problem when registering power problems with METRAHit29S and METRAwin10 are wrong trigger and memory settings.
Below you will find a recipe and examples for the successful registration of network disturbances.
Please load the Test2.mdp file under MWin10: Setting / Device via BD232 into the METRAHIT 29S. Then the trigger is set correctly. Please always keep this file in order to be able to access this parameterization file again after incorrect settings! The customer can then easily derive other settings from this file and save them as their own * .mdp parameterization file
Set the rotary switch to VAC + DC, Press the yellow function key repeatedly until Events bottom left "Stored" appears Now connect the device to mains voltage (can also be connected beforehand).
If you simultaneously press the two outermost keys (enter and Esc), the trigger is activated. When "MEM" flashes in the display, this is the visual check that it is really waiting for an event. If TRIG still appears, the trigger has also tripped.
First, shake it a little at the power connector and generate an error. You will then see error messages and the sequential number of the fault on the device display in the lower area.
Press the two outermost buttons again to stop the measurement.
lease transfer MDM to the computer via BD232. Our Test2.mdm is such an example that was then saved as Test2.MDF expanded.
