GOSSEN METRAWATT WARRANTY: All Gossen Metrawatt products are warrantied by the manufacturer. 

Below is the general Gossen Metrawatt warranty statement:   

Unless otherwise specified in the sales documentation for the product, the warranty period for all Gossen Metrawatt products is 1 year after date of delivery.  For multi-meters, a 3-year warranty applies from the date of delivery.  A warranty period of 3 years applies to energy meters, summators, load optimizing systems, controllers and the A2000 power meter which have been delivered since 1st July 2011.  

The warranty covers proven defects with regard to materials and workmanship. Fuses, batteries, manuals and mechanical components which are subject to normal wear and tear are excluded. 

Furthermore, the warranty does not cover either failure or damage caused by improper use,  which does not comply with the product specifications, negligence, tampering, or abnormal operating conditions, or consequential costs of any sort.

We make no warranty for products with broken seals or products which have been opened up. 


RETURN POLICY: Dranetz has a 25% restocking fee for each returned product. Returned product must be new, and in its original packaging.

A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required for all items being returned to the factory.

Standard shipping method is UPS Ground (within the continental United States).  A $40 (minimum) shipping and handling fee per instrument will be applied to all orders. 

Other shipping methods are available, including UPS 2nd day and UPS next day.  In such cases, shipping will be prepaid with cost added to the invoice, unless otherwise specified.

For shipments outside the continental United States, shipping will be prepaid with the cost added to the invoice, unless otherwise specified.
